Digney York manages all of these moving parts to keep your hospitality renovation moving smoothly and serves as a single source of contact for property owners, vendors, and subcontractors.

Model Room Installation

Before tackling the complete work of your hotel guest room renovation, we install a single model room, which allows you to experience how all the parts of your design look, feel, and work together. It’s a test area for your room design where you can explore the different avenues of your design and make alterations before renovating the rest of your guest rooms. We can even install a model room with one scope to compare to another model room of an alternate scope.

Subcontractor Management

Digney York has the project management expertise to handle the scheduling and coordination of all the subcontractors and vendors throughout the construction process. We are the single source of contact for you throughout the project, so you know exactly who to speak with when you have questions or concerns, and so do the subcontractors and vendors.

Full-Time, On-Site Supervision

During your hotel renovation, a Digney York team is on site every day and 100% focused on your project – not flying around juggling different projects. There will always be a Digney York project manager dedicated to handling just your work. That means daily meetings, accessibility, and accountability for your project team.

FF&E Warehousing and Installation

Digney York can handle the warehousing to keep the furniture, fixtures, and equipment safe and near-at-hand for your hotel interior remodel. And when the time comes, we can deliver it to your property and handle your FF&E installation, too, all done in a well-coordinated fashion, so your hotel looks great, and the project stays on track.

Quality Control

Digney York maintains a high level of expectations throughout your hospitality renovation and, through exercises like punch list work, we review the work with property owners to ensure the quality of everything.

Punch List Execution

DYA works hand in hand with owners through a production punch list that ensures high levels of quality. Before we close out any renovation project, we create a punch list with owners that identifies all details and imperfections that need to be corrected first. We create a list of to-dos and complete it to maintain standards and quality.
